SECURITY OFFICER/CHUYÊN VIÊN AN NINH (Chinese Speaking)

• Monitor Center Operation: Monitor and program CCTV systems, track alarms, and manage Access Control systems./ Vận hành Monitor Center: Giám sát, lập trình hệ thống CCTV, theo dõi báo động và kiểm soát truy cập (Access Control).

• Patrol & Asset Management: Patrol the facility and parking areas; manage key control procedures and issue Access Badges./  Tuần tra & Quản lý: Tuần tra khuôn viên, bãi xe; quản lý bàn giao chìa khóa (Key control) và hỗ trợ cấp thẻ ra vào (Access Badge).

• Emergency Response: Receive alarms, coordinate responses to emergency incidents (fire, medical, security issues), and work with local authorities when needed./ Ứng phó khẩn cấp: Tiếp nhận báo động, điều phối xử lý các sự cố (PCCC, y tế, an ninh...) và phối hợp với cơ quan chức năng khi cần.

• Reporting & Support: Create incident reports, maintain records, answer phone calls, and assist employees via email or at the security desk./  Báo cáo & Hỗ trợ: Lập báo cáo sự cố, lưu trữ hồ sơ, trực tổng đài và tiếp nhận yêu cầu hỗ trợ qua email/quầy an ninh.

• Language: Chinese communication is required./ Ngoại ngữ: Giao tiếp tiếng Trung bắt buộc.

• Education & Experience: High School Diploma or higher; security certificate required; up to 2 years of related experience is preferred./ Học vấn & Kinh nghiệm: Tốt nghiệp THPT trở lên; có chứng chỉ nghiệp vụ an ninh; ưu tiên kinh nghiệm đến 2 năm.

• Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and comfortable using security monitoring software./ Tin học: Thành thạo Word, Excel và thao tác tốt trên các phần mềm giám sát.

• Solid understanding of security operations and Access Control systems./ Am hiểu nghiệp vụ an ninh & vận hành hệ thống Access Control.

• Good communication skills, high integrity, detail-oriented, and a customer service mindset./ Giao tiếp tốt, trung thực, cẩn thận, có tư duy dịch vụ/khách hàng.

• Other Requirements: Good physical health (able to stand and walk for long periods); willing to work in shifts and do overtime when required./ Khác: Sức khỏe tốt (đáp ứng công việc di chuyển/đứng nhiều); sẵn sàng làm việc theo ca/tăng ca
