134009 - Project Sales Manager/Assistant Manager - Water Treatment

RGF's client- a Japanese company providing solutions for water and air pollution treatment - is looking for a Project Sales Manager/Assistant Manager to drive sales growth in water and wastewater treatment solutions through customer acquisition, project management, and team leadership in collaboration with Japanese colleagues.

• Working Location:  Dai Dong Commune, Bac Ninh Province

• Monthly Salary: 52,000,000 ~ 79,000,000VND

• Job Responsibilities:

• Sales activities including personal training and management:

• Sales of water treatment equipment, wastewater treatment equipment, chemicals, and related equipment and parts

• Acquiring business through new customer acquisition and deepening relationships with existing customers

• Understanding customer needs, creating proposals and quotations, conducting price negotiations, and managing all aspects of sales activities up to contract signing

• Building and coordinating relationships with customers, partner companies, and internal departments

• Project management of received orders, including progress tracking, budget control, and delivery date management

• Promoting business expansion through market research as well as planning and execution of sales strategies

• Developing future sales processes, training sales members, and managing the sales team

• Working in collaboration with Japanese staff

• Necessary Skills/ Experience:

• Education Background: Bachelor's degree

• Language Skill: English - Business Level

• At least 5 years of project sales experience in the water treatment industry

• Experience as an assistant manager or higher, with knowledge of water treatment chemicals

• Experience in developing sales processes, training sales members, and team management

• Skills:

• Ability to understand customer needs and create proposals and quotations

• Skills in price negotiation and managing the sales process through to contract signing

• Competency in building and coordinating relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams

• Project management skills, including progress, budget, and delivery date management

• Ability to conduct market research and plan/execute sales strategies for business expansion

• Ability to work collaboratively with Japanese staff

• Preferable Skills/ Experience:

• Engineer experience in water treatment/wastewater treatment, chemicals

• Connections with clients in northern Vietnam
