PAINTING SECTION CHIEF

• Manage color matching, color formulation, color adjustment, and color checking in accordance with technical standards and customer requirements.

• Control color quality from sample receipt, formula development, and color mixing to mass production.

• Ensure finished products match the approved color samples, maintain color consistency between production batches, and meet quality requirements.

• Check, approve, and manage color formulas; monitor the consumption standards of paint, solvents, and chemicals.

• Analyze root causes and propose solutions to color and quality issues arising during production.

• Monitor color matching progress to ensure production schedules are met.

• Manage, assign tasks to, train, and evaluate the performance of Color Matching Room employees.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to improve processes, enhance product quality, and increase operational efficiency.

• Prepare periodic reports on color quality, formulas, chemicals, and arising issues.

• Graduated from college or above

• 1–2 years of experience in the paint industry.

• Hands-on experience in color matching, color mixing, color adjustment, and color checking.

• Experience in team management, task assignment, and employee training.

• Ability to analyze root causes and resolve color-related issues quickly and accurately.

• Good coordination skills with relevant departments, including DTM, QC/QA, and Engineering.

• Careful, accurate, responsible, and able to work under pressure.

• A continuous improvement mindset, with a focus on cost savings and operational efficiency.
