Lab Manager - Agriculture

• Direct, lead, and control daily operation, the laboratory and its client, thus supporting the goal of providing a service to our clients that is accurate, timely and cost effective.

• Implement, maintain, and enforce in the laboratory, the Company’s operating plans for the following:

-        Quality Management

-        Safety, Health, and Environmental Compliance

-        Legal and Ethical Compliance

-        Training

• Ensure that the laboratory contributes to a fair and reasonable profit for Company.

• Communicate and update guideline, SOP.

• Develop testing capability of Lab as requested by Global, Buyer, Market.

• Support other sections in working flow for chemical/ technical issues.

• University degree with major in Chemistry.

• ISO/IEC 17025 knowledge.

• Good at English communication.

• Good verbal communication skills

• Strong leadership skills.

• Protocol, procedure and safety oriented.

• Ability to interact with customers of various backgrounds.

• Understanding of the significance of the data generated by test methods.

• Ability to manage personnel to achieve the quality system, training, safety and financial goals of the office.

• Ability to lead and motivate employees to actively support the objectives of the laboratory.

• Ability to remain objective in adverse situations with a high level of personal and business ethics.
