QA Staff

·       Perform Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) and product inspections according to production schedules and delivery plans.

·       Conduct inspections based on inspection standards, work instructions, and check sheets; support the development and maintenance of quality documents.

·       Monitor product quality, manage non-conforming products (NG), support root cause analysis, and follow up on corrective actions.

·       Monitor 4M changes and conduct quality patrols on production lines to ensure process compliance.

·       Support supplier quality activities and participate in quality improvement (Kaizen) initiatives.

·       Provide quality training for inspectors and production operators while ensuring compliance with company quality and safety standards.

·       Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

·       Perform other duties assigned by the QA Manager.

·       Education: University/College

·       Language: Business English.

·       At least 01 year of experience in QA position at electric equipment company.

·       Have good knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, RoHS.

·       Negotiation skills, communication skills, organizational skills.
