SEA Expansion - Commercial Operation Executive

• Position Title: Commercial Operations Executive (3rd Party Contract)

• Function: Commercial SEA

• Sub-function: Commercial SEA

• Location: Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam

• Direct reports to: Export BBP Manager

Key contacts:

• Internal: SEA Commercial/PPM, Supply & Logistics, EXIM, Connect, BCC Team China, Legal.

• External: SEA Distributors

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Maintain a highly structured and proactive approach to managing multiple workstreams and deadlines

• Optimize, automate, and improve current reports: Purchase Order (POs) Collection, Weekly Latest Estimate report, Risk Updating and Reporting.

• Work with Commercial SEA to ensure PO placed and shipment can meet budget in each month.

• Ensure accurate setup of customer/product data in internal systems across all entities

• Update and follow up Production Schedule with Supply/logistics team and liaise with Distributor.

• Manage, follow up, and resolve issues related to returnable packaging reconciliation with customers, Supply, and Export teams

• Collect and improve the demand forecast collection process from Market Leaders and Distributors.

• Manage requests and queries from internal and external stakeholders.

• Perform administrative duties and other tasks as assigned by the line manager

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain or a related field

Position Experiences:

• +5 years of experience in Supply Chain operations

• Exposure to working in multinational companies or shared service environments.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams

Language:

• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) required; Chinese proficiency is a bonus

• Computer:Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Knowledge/ Skills:

• Strong communication skills – able to simplify complex concepts both verbally and in writing

• Highly structured, proactive, and detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and time management skills

• Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Skilled at cross-functional collaboration in a multinational setting

• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills; proactive and eager to learn
