CUSTOMER SERVICE (GARMENT / TEXTILE / FOOTWEAR) - (English & Chinese) - 6_month contract

• Working with customers to handle test request for testing services of textiles or footwear

• Facilitate communication between lab and clients

• Collect test sample from suppliers and help to arrange lab test

• Release report to suppliers

• Handle data entry work

• Handle client enquiries

• Handle tasks from client and lab

• Maintaining good relationships with current customers while also developing relationships with new and potential customers.

• Internal: Coordinator, Lab

• External: Buyer and agent, factories

• University graduated

• Fluent of English in both speaking & writing (able to speak Chinese is advantage)

• Experience in Customer Service field is preferred

• Having textile & garment background is advantage

• Communication Skill

• Able to work under pressure

• Has a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude

• Willing to work flexible when overtime is needed
